Group mediation

Any group may have to meet and undergo internal conflicts of greater or lesser importance (ex: Committee, interest group, association,…). These disputes can sometimes paralyze the functioning and management of the pursuit of common goals.

In these situations, mediation offers the possibility to the members of a group in conflict to :

  • meet;
  • discuss about the facts;
  • assert their feeling having regard to the experienced situation;
  • clear up all misunderstandings;
  • renew dialogue;
  • confront their point of view;
  • better understand each other;
  • reconcile;
  • restore confidence;
  • find solutions:

Relying on our practice and experience in the management of disputes, we intervene in this area in co-mediation.
