Although they have an important role to play in the protection of the employees’ personality, executives are sometimes helpless with respect to relational or psychosocial issues.
In this context we propose to business executives a general awareness training on these issues during which are particularly addressed: the concept of personal integrity, the conflict and its dynamics, the early signs of conflict, the role of executives in this area and, finally, experimenting various tools designed to strengthen the executives’ means of intervention.
