{"id":33,"date":"2015-08-18T15:32:57","date_gmt":"2015-08-18T14:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/?page_id=33"},"modified":"2019-12-05T14:40:55","modified_gmt":"2019-12-05T13:40:55","slug":"du-travail","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/mediation\/workplace-conflicts\/","title":{"rendered":"Workplace mediation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In case of workplace conflicts, companies are well advised to provide their employees with a <strong>dialogue area independent<\/strong> from its authority that enables them to take an <strong>active role<\/strong> in the search of solution.<\/p>\n<p>Mediation allows a <strong>consensual solution <\/strong>to be found to a conflict whilst <strong>saving or re-establishing<\/strong> good relationships between people.<\/p>\n<p>In order to guarantee <strong>neutrality<\/strong> and <strong>confidentiality<\/strong> of the process, it is essential that a person external and independent from the company&#8217;s authority can conduct mediation.<\/p>\n<p>We are at your disposal, as such an <strong>external body<\/strong>, as mediator or co-mediators.
