{"id":43,"date":"2015-08-18T15:53:55","date_gmt":"2015-08-18T14:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2019-11-20T12:32:54","modified_gmt":"2019-11-20T11:32:54","slug":"prevention-et-gestion-des-risques-psychosociaux-sur-le-lieu-du-travail","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/","title":{"rendered":"Preventing and managing of psychosocial risks in the workplace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Any company has the obligation to ensure respect for the personal integrity of its employees according to a recent decision from the Swiss Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>This obligation focuses on three areas :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Prevention :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Every company has a duty to provide its employees with confidential and accessible means to prevent, defuse or resolve a conflict or difficult situation in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>On this subject, we have been offering to Swiss companies and institutions (private or public) services such as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/external-neutral-person\/\">External person;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/external-ombudsman-service\/\">Ombudsman;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/external-mediation-service\/\">External mediation;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/fr-whistleblowing-dispositif-dalerte-pour-entreprises\/\"><strong>Whistleblowing.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Psychosocial risks management :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The company must set up a formal framework providing procedures dedicated to the prevention and management of psychosocial risks.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard our experience and skills, especially in law, enable us to assist in :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/protection-employees-personal-integrity\/\">Establishing a formal framework dedicated to the protection of the employees&#8217; personal integrity;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/audit-enquiry-case-complaints-harassment\/\">Conducting investigation and audit in cases of formal complaints.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/audit-enquiry-case-complaints-harassment\/\">Working environment Audit<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Training :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Despite having an important role to play in the protection of the personality of employees, managers sometimes lack resources on relational or psychosocial issues.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, the company has a duty to make them aware of theses issues, especially regarding the importance of the role they have to play in this respect.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our experience in mediation, coaching and the training of adults and students, we propose to managers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/awareness-training-managers-psychosocial-risks\/\">Awareness training to psychosocial risks;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.esprit-entente.ch\/en\/psychosocial-risks-in-the-workplace\/awareness-training-management-conflicts-workplace\/\">Awareness training to conflict management in the workplace.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any company has the obligation to ensure respect for the personal integrity of its employees according to a recent decision from the Swiss Supreme Court.
