The Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a simple and effective tool that allows to become aware of the own modes of conflict management with the aim of adapting them to the result to be achieved.
Our workshop, based on the TKI, identifies and takes into account the types of conflict behaviours in order to enable anyone to enhance his/her effectiveness in the management of disputes in a constructive manner.
