In case of workplace conflicts, companies are well advised to provide their employees with a dialogue area independent from its authority that enables them to take an active role in the search of solution.

Mediation allows a consensual solution to be found to a conflict whilst saving or re-establishing good relationships between people.

In order to guarantee neutrality and confidentiality of the process, it is essential that a person external and independent from the company’s authority can conduct mediation.

We are at your disposal, as such an external body, as mediator or co-mediators. We are also able to assist as collaborative lawyer, external resources person, Ombudsman or coach.
