External Ombudsman service

The Ombudsman is an independent and neutral person designated to assist informal, impartial and confidential in order to allay fears or resolve informally linked to the employment conflict to within the enterprise.
It provides information, helps people to identify all the options that exist and can act as a mediator.

In order to guarantee the neutrality and confidentiality of the process, it is important that the Ombudsman function be entrusted to a person outside, independent of the authority of the company.
